Along with the gradual build up of Uni work Rob has kept busy by taking a few outings – down to the canal at Purton and along the banks of the Severn. Whilst we all enjoyed it the carers had the task to set to on the wheels when Rob got back home- unfortunately the electrics would not appreciate the hosepipe approach.

To make a change from the computer screens at home we have had a couple of trips to the cinema to see firstly American Sniper at Cribbs and then Kingsman:The secret service at Stroud. American Sniper got Rob’s vote out of the two.

Finishing touches continue in Rob’s annex with the arrival of new lounge furniture. Somewhere to put Rob’s many mementos.
Having had such success with the standing process in the chair Rob tries to do it every few days.

There has been media interest recently for Rob to give update interviews on his progress which continues to inspire us all. A reporter from Radio Gloucester came last Friday and it is due to go out on his Monday morning breakfast show. Points West are threatening to turn up at Uni tomorrow also.
